This letter from the Queensland Government, is the evidence that the corrupt Magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich had found me guilty without hearing the evidence and without hearing from me or without receiving a plea from me. It was obvious that I would be defending the charge as I had a lot to prove. I had subpoenaed SEVEN WITNESSES to appear in the court to prove how I had been defrauded and that the police had committed Armed Robbery against me.

The 'Official Position' now, since Walter Harvey Ehrich became an accessory to the major fraud against me, is, that I was 'convicted', although apparently no conviction was recorded, so how do they know? Because in fact the statement that 'No convictions recorded' is ANOTHER FRAUD on the COMMUNITY of Queensland.

The true legal reality is, and I know the fine specifics of the law as I have a law degree, [so I am no lightweight 'blogger'], that this option was not available to the corrupt magistrate Ehrich. He cannot find me guilty without giving me a hearing, and a proper hearing at that. He cannot apply the Penalty and Sentences Act unless there as been a verdict of Guilty, and that can only be after a fair hearing or after a plea of guilty. In this case there was neither. So, why did Walter Harvey Ehrich act as he did.

I suggest that the only reason can be, since the police had committed armed robbery and so had the Brisbane City Council, to assist my brother in law steal my property, that Walter Harvey Ehrich is corrupt.

So, EXPLAIN YOURSELF, EHRICH! You EVIL PARASITE.
